Grandma Ecklund's Cream Cheese Frosting
You could eat this cream cheese frosting with a spoon. But you really should frost that cake. . .

Ingredients
   
18 oz packagecream cheese
1lb.powdered sugar
1tsp.vanilla extract
0.5cupbutter, room temp
Directions
 
It is very important that the cream cheese and butter is at room temperature. Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla (grandma said not to use the cheap stuff!) until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
