| If you want to do this in the traditional way, "keeping it real, yo", then you should lightly whip the cream. To do this, chill a bowl. Add about 1/2 a pint of whipping cream (for 4 cocktails) and whisk until thick, but not to the point where peaks form. |
| Now for the cocktail. Put the whiskey in an 8 oz. coffee cup. Add freshly brewed coffee and sugar, leaving about 1/2 inch for cream. Stir to disolve sugar. Gently top off with the lightly whipped cream. If you don't want to whip the cream, try and add so it floats on top. Mmmmmm . . . .put it in your mouth. |
