Three Bean Salad
This Three Bean Salad is easy and tasty. Best if you can let it sit over night in the fridge.

Ingredients
   
115 oz. canwax beans
115 oz. cankidney beans
115 oz. cancannellini beans
0.5wholered onion, chopped
1cupitalian parsley, chopped
0.33cupwhite wine vinegar
0.33cupsugar
0.33cupolive oil
0to tastesalt and pepper
Directions
 
Drain and rinse beans. In a large bowl, combine beans, onion and parsley. In a separate small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar and olive oil until well combined. Pour over bean mixture and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper). Store in an airtight container and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
