1cupsugar
1pintwhole milk
1.5pintwhipping cream
1.5cupsbourbon
0.5cupdark rum
0.5cupspiced rum
0.5cupbrandy
Directions

This is a classic recipe. Beware, it is BOOZEY!! But, quite honestly, that is why it is always a hit at a holiday party! It makes enough for about 12 people so, it you are throwing a rager, double or triple it!!
Start by beating 6 egg yolks until creamy, about 5 minutes. While beating, gradually add the sugar. Then, on low speed (or gently with a wisk) add the milk and 1 piny of the whipping cream. Mix well and add the booze!
The above mixture can be made up to a day ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Before serving, do the following:
Cool two medium bowls by placing them in the freezer for about 10+ minutes. In one of the bowls, beat the 6 egg whites until soft peaks form and gently fold them into the booze mixture. Then, in the other chilled bowl, beat 1/2 pint of the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold this into the mixture. Garnish the top of the eggnog with freshly grated nutmeg and serve in cups using a ladle.
